To qualify for a return, please ensure that:

The return request is made within 7–14 days of delivery.
The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Instruments damaged due to mishandling or improper use

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Ship the product back to us using a trackable courier service.
