1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item was purchased directly from KLW Instruments.

  • The return request is made within 7–14 days of delivery.

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or sterilized instruments

  • Customized or private-labeled products

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Instruments damaged due to mishandling or improper use

3. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately at salesklwinstruments@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos or videos showing the issue.

  • Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

4. Return Process

  1. Email our support team at salesklwinstruments@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization if eligible.

  3. Ship the product back to us using a trackable courier service.

  4. After inspection, we will process your refund or replacement within 7–10 business days.

5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

6. Exchange Policy
